Once your order is processed, you will receive an email indicating that your order has been fulfilled. If you have selected to have your order shipped, the tracking details will be included. You can also find the tracking information of your order on your account page. The tracking link will take you to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can view the status of your order and follow it’s journey to your door.
By clicking on the tracking link you will sent to the carriers tracking page providing you with an up to date status of the order.
UK orders: If your order is within the UK please note the only tracking provided is if a delivery as been attempted. If Successful it will be marked as delivered. If unsuccessful all information to get a re-delivery will be on the Royal Mail tracking page.
Once shipped, we must allow 15 business days for domestic deliveries & 30 business days for international shipments. We hope that you receive your order long before then but if you have not received your delivery within this time frame, please contact us so that we can resolve this for you.

Orders Returned To Us
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or that it has not been called for claimed / we will not be able to resend your item. You will be refunded the cost of the order (minus the postage) and the item placed back into stock. Upon checkout please make sure you have entered the correct details.
