Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the details including tracking numbers (where applicable).
You can also get the tracking details of your order by navigating to your account page and clicking into the order.
By clicking on the tracking link you will sent to the carriers tracking page providing you with an up to date status of the order. If your order is within the UK please note the only tracking provided is if a delivery as been attempted. If Successful it will be marked as delivered. If unsuccessful all information to get a re-delivery will be on the Royal Mail tracking page.
Once shipped, we must allow 15 working days for national deliveries & 30 working days for international. Although we would obviously hope that you receive your order long before then!
If after this time, you have still not received your order please get in contact so that we can resolve this for you.
Once you receive your order, we hope that everything is in order but in case of any issues, please let us know!
Orders Returned To Us
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or that it has not been called for claimed / we will not be able to resend your item. You will be refunded the cost of the order (minus the postage) and the item placed back into stock. Upon checkout please make sure you have entered the correct details.
