We understand that it is frustrating to receive damaged items. We take great care in how we handle, store & ship our items and we're constantly reviewing these processed to minimise the risk of anyone receiving damaged orders.
However it is still a risk that items can be damaged in transit. We always recommend that to minimise the risk of items being damaged in transit and to support our shops that you consider ordering your items for 'Click & Collect'. However we understand this is only possible for people that live near our stores.
If you receive item(s) damaged in your order, please complete the Returns Form detailing the damage and including any pictures to support this.
We'll then get back to you within 5 working days with options on how best to resolve the situation.
