We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return or to exchange.
We charge for postage to send items back to us and ask that items are returned in the same condition they were delivered to you. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
Some banks have also started not directly crediting accounts for refunds, but instead may opt to erase the initial transaction altogether.
The process to return items is as below...
Go to the order under your account area
If return options are available, you will see a button at the top right to request a return
Please select the reason for return
You can choose to receive a refund by store credit, gift card or cash refund
We will review your return request
Once the request has been approved you will receive the label (if applicable)
Once we receive and process the return you will receive your credit.
