When placing a guest order, payment will be taken at the point when the order is placed.

After placing an order as a guest it is possible to create and account which will be linked to orders already placed and will allow you to take advantage of account holder benefits including managing open orders in a single location, saving addresses and payment details, as well as our fair pre-order policy for future orders where payment is not taken until your goods are dispatched.

If you already have an account with us it is not possible to place future orders as a guest and you will be asked to log into your account before proceeding to checkout.
