So you've signed up with one of our Club tiers and you're having some issues,
Don't worry as we're here to help!
Firstly, if you're having any issues we need to check if the email that you signed up to the Club with matches the email linked to your Rough Trade account, because even a capital letter in the wrong spot can throw this off.
If you're having issues with adding a discount code while having the free shipping on your account, then just get in touch with us by using the intercom feature in the bottom right hand corner or by emailing us at [email protected] and we can add that retrospectively for you!
