What to do if any items in your order are damaged.

We understand that it is frustrating to receive damaged items. We take great care in how we handle, store & ship our items and we're constantly reviewing these processed to minimize the risk of anyone receiving damaged orders.

However it is still a risk that items can be damaged in transit. We always recommend that to minimize the risk of items being damaged in transit and to support our shops that you consider ordering your items for 'Click & Collect'. However we understand this is only possible for people that live near our stores.

If you receive item(s) damaged in your order, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery via [email protected] where our team will be very happy to help you.
