We hope that you love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days following delivery to return or to exchange. To arrange a return of any kind, email our team at [email protected].
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return postage. Once received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Be sure to include your order number with your return.
Returned items must be in the same condition they were delivered to you. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
All signed items and all sale items are final sale.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this. Some banks have also started not directly crediting accounts for refunds, but instead may opt to erase the initial transaction altogether.
