Aside from ordering for delivery, you can also order to collect from our New York store. Whether you live nearby or are planning a trip to one of our stores soon, this is another way to bag that limited pre-order or the classic you have always wanted without paying for postage.
All you need to do is click 'collect from our store' at checkout, select the store you would like to collect from then hit 'go to payment'.
You can collect any item that is yet to be released ('Pre-Orders'). For items that are already released, you will only be able to collect items that we have in stock (this does not include stock sourced from our suppliers AKA drop-shipped items).
Like orders for delivery, you will not be charged until the item is ready for you to collect. As soon as it is ready you will receive an email notification.
Please note.
You have 30 days to collect Click & Collect orders. After 30 days, they will be refunded and the stock returned to circulation.
Customer holds will be held for a maximum of 1 week after which they will be put back into circulation since they weren't paid for.
