Estimated dispatch dates

Estimated dispatch dates let you know when you can expect product to leave our warehouse.

We display estimated dispatch dates at checkout and on product pages.

Where can I find the estimated dispatch date?

You can find an estimated dispatch date on product pages next to the add to cart button. The dispatch estimate will show the minimum and maximum dates in which your item is likely to be dispatched.

After completing your purchase, you'll find the updated estimated dispatch date in your purchase history along with any tracking information if it's available with the postage method selected.

This date is an estimate only based on the stock levels of the product and whether or not it is a pre-order title.

Please note that the time it takes for your item to be delivered is in addition to this, and will depend on a number of factors including the shipping method selected and destination address.

Why is the estimated dispatch date longer on some products?

To ensure that we can make available as many items as possible, we make available titles that are in stock at any of our stores. In addition, we work with our distribution partners to make available titles that are in their Warehouses.

These titles have a slightly longer time to ship to you as once your order is placed, we have to order it from either a store or a distributor and then ship your order from our fulfilment centre.

In most cases, we will be able to ship these items more quickly, but in the cases where this can take longer we like to manage your expectations correctly. Therefore 10 days should be the maximum time you will be waiting for the order to be dispatched.

Weekend dispatch

Please note that due to staffing levels across our different warehouses there is no guarantee that we will be able to dispatch your item on a weekend. We will always aim to dispatch your order on the next business day if weekend dispatch is not possible.

Purchase limit

We restrict the purchase limit of a product available to a single customer to ensure fairness for all.

If you’ve already reached this limit through multiple orders, additional orders will be cancelled.
