When you can't log in
When you try to log in click on 'forgot?'
Then enter your email address and click the button below.
You will then receive an email telling you how to reset your password and gain access to your account. Please wait for this email to come through.
When you can log in
Go to your account page and click on 'My Profile'
There you can reset your password as below by clicking 'Edit' and entering your current and new password.
