Live and Signings FAQs
How long is the show and is there a support act?
Unless stated, there is just one set with no support, these are usually shorter than your average headline set. They’re between 30-50 minutes, playing songs from the new release. There is an hour between the door time and the stage time.
I can’t attend the show! Can I still get my record signed?
Yes! We will always aim to get all event orders signed. Although this sometimes depends on the artist's schedule. We keep event stock for 1 week before returning it to our warehouse. If you can’t pick it up within a week please contact the store of your event.
I don’t have a CD/Record player, can I just buy a ticket for the gig?
Unfortunately no, if general entry/free entry tickets aren’t listed there is no way to buy a ticket without an album.
Can I upgrade my CD to an LP or the other way around on the night?
Sometimes this is possible, sometimes not. It all depends on if we have extra stock on the night!
Can I have a photo with the artist at a signing?
We want everyone to enjoy their moment at these special intimate events. Although this is solely at the discretion of the artist or their management, there may be some cases where they don’t want photos.
Can I bring other stuff to get signed?
This is purely at the discretion of the artist and management, it’s always best to ask first and we can find out for you if this is possible.
Where do I pick up my album?
When you arrive, a member of staff will scan your ticket and give you your pre-order upon entry. Don’t forget to bring a bag! In some cases the album will be shipped and there will be a print to be signed instead. You won’t be able to collect the album on the way out after the event.
How do I know when it starts?
The doors and set times are listed on your DICE ticket and on the DICE event. This differs from store to store.
I have an accessibility request, what do I do?
The best way to submit an accessibility request such as seating and PA tickets is through our ticketing partner at dice.fm/contact.
Should I bring a bag?
Yes please! Bringing a tote bag along helps us a lot.
Outstores FAQs
Can I buy a general entry ticket without having to buy the album?
General Entry tickets are usually on sale for out-stores due to them being larger events, these tickets don’t come with an album.
My ticket says to collect my album on the night, how do I do this?
When you arrive, a member of staff will scan your ticket and give you your pre-order upon entry. Don’t forget to bring a bag! In some cases the album will be shipped and your ticket will include Postage and Packaging (P+P). You won’t be able to collect the album on the way out after the event.
Is there a support act and how long is the show?
Unless stated, there is just one set with no support, so don’t be late! The sets are different to your usual headline show, the artists will be playing songs from the new release and the sets will be between 50-90 minutes. There is usually 1 hour - 1.5 hours between the door time and the stage time (always check your ticket for timings!)
