Can I exchange an album if I really don’t like it?

We hope everyone gives each recommended album a chance to become liked, as favourites often start as the hardest to appreciate. However, if you receive an album as part of your subscription that you either don't like, or have already got, you can return it to us and swap it for any title featured on our website up to the value of £25 for the LP subscription and £12 for our CD subscribers. If you wanted to choose a record/CD that was above that amount, we'll just need to charge the difference to your account.

This exchange does depend on our stock levels, so it's worth thinking about a couple of alternatives that you'd be happy to accept just in case.
