When is payment debited from my account?

Payment will be debited from your account at the start of each month with the album arriving with you on the first Friday of the month. (Release date dependent). If you have gifted a membership the cost for the gift card is taken upfront.

Can I cancel my monthly membership at any time, without penalty?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time via the account section on roughtrade.com. Gift memberships can not be cancelled.
