I purchased a Digital Event via Dice but haven't received a confirmation email?

What do if you purchased a Rough Trade event via Dice but you haven't received a confirmation email with purchase instructions yet.

When you purchase a 'digital' event for Rough Trade from Dice, you will be sent:

  1. A gift card code with instructions on how to redeem the item related to the event.

  2. A link to the Zoom event so that you can log-on for the event.

  3. Other confirmation details.

These emails are sent within 1 working day of you booking via Dice. If you haven't received this email within this time please send us a message and we will sort this out.
