Delivery will be made as soon as possible after you've placed your order with us.

If your order is consolidated and includes a pre release item, we will consolidate the items in your order and ship when the last item arrives into stock. You have the option at the shipping stage of the checkout to decide whether to consolidate or not:

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the details including any tracking codes.

Release Date Changes

All pre-orders are shipped on the week of the release date.

Release dates of products are subject to change beyond our control which can change the expected shipping date of your order.

For the latest information regarding the release date please refer to the product page in question. We also send email notifications if an item you have an order has had its release date changed.

Some releases that are not available in the UK we import from America, this may affect the release date by a couple of weeks.

Just In Time Orders

To be able to offer the best and most varied items to you, some titles we make available online arrive from suppliers on a 'just in time' basis. As a result on occasion some orders can take a few days to ship out from us as we have to wait for stock to arrive from multiple sources before combining and shipping. We keep a close eye on this to ensure we keep that wait at a minimum and you get your records as quickly as possible. And we never take payment until your order ships from our warehouse.
