How do I cancel my order

If your order has not yet been dispatched you are able to cancel it.

You can update or cancel an order any time before it has been shipped.

To do this, navigate to your orders page under your account. Locate the order you want to cancel and under this order click Manage order and Cancel order

Keep in mind, we are unable to cancel an order after it has been fulfilled.

We charge a restocking fee for orders that are cancelled. This restocking fee accounts for the transaction cost we incur when your order is placed, as well as the administrative cost that may have already gone into ordering in goods from a supplier or transferring these from a store to our warehouse.
