You can update or cancel an order any time before it has been shipped.
To do this, navigate to your orders page under your account. Locate the order you want to cancel and under the order details go to Manage your order
Here you will see a button to review cancellation
Step through the process and your order will be cancelled
Please note: You can only cancel orders up to 14 days after purchase.
Keep in mind, we are unable to cancel an order after it has been fulfilled.
