You can update or cancel an order any time before it has been shipped. We do not take payment until we ship your order.

To do this, simply navigate to your account page (UK/US). From this page you will be able to review your orders. From here, navigate to the order you wish to update.

Click on order details of the order you wish to update.

You can then scroll to the bottom of your chosen order and select Cancel Order.

Keep in mind, we are unable to cancel an order after it has been fulfilled.
