What is Rough Trade Club?
Rough Trade Club is a membership for music fans, with benefits such as free US domestic shipping, selected discounts, event access, and partner offers.

Entry costs $10 per month and includes:
Free US domestic shipping on online orders
10% off Rough Trade merch online
10% off at Rough Trade New York stores
Early or exclusive access to selected events
Selected partner offers
Rough Trade Club: Essential
Rough Trade Club: Essential is a Rough Trade 50 vinyl subscription. It includes a curated series of Rough Trade Exclusive records and Club benefits.

When you are charged
Monthly Entry plans are charged when you sign up, then on the 1st of each month.
Longer billing periods may be available and are paid upfront.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel before your next billing date to stop future charges.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not usually refund charges already processed. If you cancel a prepaid plan, your benefits continue until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds and billing issues
US memberships generally have a 7-day cooling-off period for new subscribers, provided you have not used any benefits.
After that, refunds are not usually issued for partial months, unused benefits, or mid-cycle cancellations unless legally required or there has been a billing error.
Contact us as soon as possible if:
You were charged twice.
You cancelled before renewal but were charged again.
Free shipping did not apply.
You cannot access your membership benefits.
If free shipping is not applying
First check that:
You are signed in to the same Rough Trade account used for your membership.
Your membership is active.
Your order is shipping within the US.
The order qualifies for Club free shipping.
If you were charged shipping incorrectly, contact us with your order number and membership email address.
Updating your account details
Log in to your Rough Trade account to update your delivery address, payment details, and email preferences. Keeping your details up to date helps avoid missed messages, failed payments, and delivery issues.
