Please contact us as early as possible before your visit or event. Accessibility arrangements can vary by store, venue, event type and ticket availability, so advance notice gives the team the best chance to help.
How to request accessibility support for an event
If your event ticket was booked through DICE, please submit your accessibility request through DICE before the event:
Go to dice.fm/contact.
Include the event name, event date, venue, and the email address linked to your ticket.
Tell DICE what support you need, such as accessible seating, wheelchair access, a PA/carer ticket, or queue support.
Submit the request as soon as possible after booking, especially for sold-out events.
For outstore events, DICE can pass accessibility requests to the event venue where needed.
If your request is about a store visit, venue access, or anything not connected to a DICE ticket, please contact the store before you visit using the details below.
If you need help when you arrive, please speak to a member of Rough Trade staff or venue security.
What support may be available
Depending on the venue, event setup and ticket availability, support may include:
accessible seating
wheelchair access
accessible toilets
PA/carer tickets
priority entry or queue support for signing events
Some support is limited by space, capacity or event setup, so please request it as early as you can.
