Can I split my order?

Find out when we may be able to split an open order, how to request it, and why an additional postage charge may apply.

By default, we ship an order once every item in that order is available. This means that if your order includes both in-stock items and pre-orders, the whole order will usually ship when the final item is ready.

If you’d like available items to be sent sooner, we may be able to split your order.

When splitting an order may help

Splitting an order can be useful if:

  • your order includes a pre-order with a later release date

  • some items are available now, but another item is delayed

  • you would prefer part of your order to arrive sooner

We can only review split requests for open orders. If your order has already dispatched, we won’t be able to split it.

How to request a split

Contact us using the chat function on our website. This is the quickest way for our team to review your order. You can also email [email protected].

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the email address used at checkout

  • which item or items you’d like sent first

  • whether you’d like the remaining items to stay on the original order

Additional postage cost

There is an additional postage cost for split orders.

This is because splitting an order creates an extra shipment. Your original order has already been paid for, so the extra charge is only for the additional postage needed to send part of the order separately.

We’ll send you an invoice for the additional postage cost. Once that invoice has been paid, we’ll split the order and arrange the extra shipment.

What happens next

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll confirm whether the order can be split and what the additional postage cost will be.

If the split is possible, we’ll send the available item or items first. The rest of your order will stay open and will dispatch once the remaining item or items are ready.
