Record Store Day

We will be providing picking lists to people in the queue where you will be asked to fill in your sheet and hand it to a staff member when you reach the front.

A Rough Trade staff member will select the titles for you, if they are still available. Once you have received the copies, you will pay for them at the till.

Please note - customers are restricted to only 1 copy per person.

Please note further - the stock is limited and some titles run out very fast on the day. Please arrive early if you want to increase your chances of getting the title you want.

We have free live music and refreshments at all our stores, so once you've grabbed your record, stay and celebrate with us.

Remember - we are working hard to try to get as many records to as many people as possible, in the quickest time possible, and your patience is very much appreciated. Any aggression to staff members or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises.

We will sell our leftover stock online at these times

Some titles will sell out in the days preceding so not all titles will be available to purchase.

Some titles will not be available in the particular regions, and will also not be available to buy online, even if they are present on the site.

We will be running a digital queuing system to prevent overloading the website, please be patient as you will get on, even if you have to wait. You will be placed in a waiting room 10 minutes before the online sale launch.
