Important information about old orders following our recent migration

Why can't I view my old orders?

As of 11 February, we are currently migrating orders to a new platform.

This is part of the wider ongoing updates we are making to the site.

During this time, you may find that orders placed prior to this date are not visible under your account page.

Rest assured your order is in our system and should show within a week.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact [email protected] who will action this for you.

Why can't I update my payment details for an old order?

As orders are being migrated, the old system is no longer accessible meaning it is not possible to update the payment details for an order placed before 11 February 2025.

We understand this impacts a number of our customers following the recent action to take payment on old orders who received payment failed notifications, but are unable to update payment details.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.

Why isn't my gift card code working?

We are also migrating gift card codes to the new platform, during which time they will be temporarily unavailable for redemption on the site.

This process should take no longer than a week to complete. Therefore we estimate that by 20 February 2025 it will be possible to redeem all gift card codes.

What happened to my wishlist?

Unfortunately, when we migrated to the new platform, it was not possible to migrate the wishlisting feature.

We're aware that many customers used and liked this feature so are looking at a way we can enable wishlisting as soon as possible.
