When will I receive my gift card?

Once your order is placed your Gift Cards will come through separately via Email. The email will detail the gift card code that you can use to pass on as a gift.

If you have not received your gift card after 12 hours, please contact customer service.

Unfortunately, we can only issue gift cards in GBP at this time. We're working on a change which allows us to issue these in different currencies but this is due to a limitation in place by our payment provider.


Where can I use Gift Cards?

Gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed online at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

If you would like to purchase a gift card to use in-store, please visit one of our stores or contact customer service.

Please note that gift cards cannot be used to purchase event tickets.


Can I still get a physical gift card?

We moved away from shipping physical plastic gift cards for online orders since 2019 as a way of providing a quicker and more ecological service. We will provide you with an email that has a gift code that can be forwarded to the lucky recipient. We no longer send out PDF attachments.
