What’s changing
Previously, we used a deferred payment system which meant payment wasn’t debited from your account until your order was dispatched. While this provided flexibility, it also limited the payment methods we could offer. Moving forward:
Payment will now be debited at the time you place your order.
This change enables us to offer new payment methods and more depending on your region.
These options provide greater choice and convenience, making it easier for you to pay in the way that suits you best.
Why we had to make this change
This update allows us to offer you more ways to pay and ensures a smoother shopping experience. We’re committed maintaining the flexibility and control with your orders.
Easy order cancellation remains
We understand how important flexibility is, especially for pre-orders. That’s why we’re making sure you can still have control over your orders:
You will still be able to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.
Log in to your account and cancel directly through our platform — there is no need to contact customer services.
Once you cancel, we’ll automatically trigger a refund.
You’ll also be able to make more amendments than before to open orders including:
Adding products to orders up to 30 days after they’re placed or until they’re shipped
Changing the quantity of each product ordered
Removing products without cancelling your order for an immediate refund.
What happens to orders I've already placed?
If you currently have an open order with us, including orders containing pre-order titles, here’s what you need to know:
We will migrate your order to the new system.
Payment will be debited when the migration is complete. We will notify you of the exact date in advance.
You’ll still have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched if you change your mind.
