Changes to Managing and Viewing Your Orders

We’ve updated how you can view and manage your orders. Here’s what you need to know:


How to View Your Orders

You can view all your order details by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in:

  1. Go to the "My Account" section.

  2. Click on "Orders" to see a list of your recent purchases.

  3. Select any order to view details like the items purchased, shipping status, and payment information.

If you checked out as a guest, refer to the order confirmation email you received, which contains a direct link to your order details.


How to Manage Your Orders

Need to make a change? Here’s what you can do:

  • Track Your Shipment: Follow the tracking link provided in your order details to see exactly where your package is.

  • Edit Your Address: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact us for help updating your shipping address.

  • Cancel or Modify Your Order: Depending on your order status, you may be able to adjust or cancel it by reaching out to our customer service team.


How to return an item

If you need to return an item, Shopify’s system makes it easy to start the process. Log into your account or follow the link in your order email to access return instructions tailored to your purchase.
